Celebrate your pregnancy, connect with your baby, develop your intuition and prepare for birth with Kundalini Yoga in this 4 week series designed specifically for pregnancy.
Through Kriyas (postures) & Meditations, we will explore the themes of: Breath, Strength, Fear & Connection as they relate to the process of bringing life into the world. Each class will also end with birth practice time where we visualize and prepare for your birthing day.
Class is open to all, at any stage of pregnancy. No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is necessary. If possible, it is helpful to prepare for the series by finding a few minutes each day to mentally connect and communicate with your baby.

TEACHER BIO: Channing McKinley (Chandra Kirin) has been practicing yoga for most of her life. She is drawn to the spiritual depth and healing potential of Kundalini Yoga and is a KRI certified instructor. She also taught HypnoBirthing childbirth education classes for over a decade and trained as a doula. She holds a deep commitment to healing on personal and societal levels and understands the transformative power that pregnancy and birth hold for both the mother and child.
