Thanksgiving Yoga Class

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for Green Energy

Thanksgiving Day 9am-10:30am

Take a break from the kitchen and join us for this special holiday class focused on developing our own energy of compassion, expansion, prosperity and green energy.  We'll practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to connect to our own divinity and feel grateful for the many gifts in our life.

This is a once a year event where Nirmal and Narayan (Joyce) teach together! A very special treat! This class will be appropriate for any ability or experience bring your friends and family along! Put your turkey in the oven and then come bliss out and burn a few calories before heading back to the kitchen!

Bring a generous donation for Sharing Korner food shelf . Non-perishable food items and financial contributions are welcome. Sharing Korner is a food shelf which operates out of a Frogtown home. This grass roots food shelf and United Way program, supplies food and household items to local low-income families and individuals. Last year at Sharing Korner, more than 150,000 pounds of food went to feed local needy families.
