Kundalini Yoga to Relax and Release Fear

The path of a yogi involves much self study. The path to a more conscious life is much like peeling away the layers of an onion, and it is inevitable that at some point in our journey, we will encounter that yucky layer of fear. Fear is often a protective mechanism that has overstayed it’s welcome. Fear has a way of hanging out in the body long after it is useful. We’ll practice a Kundalini Yoga kriya (asana, breathing, chanting, and meditations) to clear out fear from the cellular level - focusing especially on the kidneys and liver - two organs that hold anger and fear. This allows you to release the past, and expand into your radiant future. Turn your fear into freedom!
