Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for Radiance & Relaxation
Thanksgiving Day 7pm-8:30pm

After all the meal has been eaten and the game watched, join us to gently move your body, activate your digestion, relax deeply and magnify your prayers of gratitude. 

This is a once-a-year event where Nirmal and Narayan (Joyce) teach together! And this year there is a special evening class as well! This class will be appropriate for any ability or experience bring your friends and family along! 

Bring a generous donation for Sharing Korner food shelf. Non-perishable food items and financial contributions are welcome. Sharing Korner is a food shelf which operates out of a Frogtown home. This grass roots food shelf and United Way program, supplies food and household items to local low-income families and individuals. Last year at Sharing Korner, more than 150,000 pounds of food went to feed local needy families. 

If you are unable to attend class but still want to donate we'll be accepting food donations throughout the month of November. You can bring non-perishable food donations to Girasole Yoga Events
