Kundalini Yoga: Lighten Up!

Spring is a great time to lighten up and purify your body and energy system. Kundalini yoga uses kriyas to gently purify the body, mind, and energetic bodies all at the same time. This powerful technology can help you burn up toxins ingested from living in our modern world. Chemicals enter the body every day through the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the stress we are under. This puts a lot of pressure on the liver. In this workshop we’ll focus mainly on cleansing and strengthening the liver (along with the other major organ systems of the body). This will leave you feeling strong, healthy, and emotionally lighter. This workshop will include a physical practice, but also about 15% meditation. All levels welcome!
