To heal is to become whole, to call forth the radiance and bliss of your essence. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful technology that connects you to your own deep healing well within. Tapping into your own essential energy can heal deep wounds, clear unwanted patterns, and release negativity in your body, mind, and life. Self-healing through yoga and meditation can be incredibly empowering, for you become your own healer! In this workshop, we will practice a special set of Kundalini exercises to relieve, relax, and recharge all major organ systems of the body. We’ll also be doing individual and group healing meditations that are profound and uplifting. Come with a specific intention in mind (something in particular you want to heal) or simply come to relax and recharge yourself on all levels! No kundalini yoga experience necessary!
