Take a break from the kitchen and join us for this special holiday class focused on tending to and building the light you shine out into the world! We'll practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to connect to our own truth and to connect with gratitude for the many gifts in our life.
This is a once-a-year event where Nirmal, Narayan (Joyce) and Amanbir (Wes) teach together! A very special treat! Plus, deep healing gong relaxation. This class will be appropriate for any ability or experience level....so bring your friends and family along! Put your turkey in the oven and then come bliss out and burn a few calories before heading back to the kitchen!
