Kundalini Yoga, often called the "yoga of awareness," offers an opportunity for deep inner reflection. Through conscious breathing and movement, it allows you to truly experience YOU. It uses mantra to harness the power of the mind, and it is practiced with the eyes closed. 

After a movement practice, experience the healing vibrations of the gong. The vibration of the Gong creates deep relaxation, releasing us from the torrent of thoughts our mind releases, and it stimulates the glandular system to a higher level of functioning. It can release blocks, reduce tension, stimulate circulation, balance the chakras and strengthen the Aura. 

All classes will be safe and appropriate for beginners.
