Based on learning through her own life and working with hundreds of clients, Laura Adrian has developed a process that involves 3 simple steps that you can apply to any aspect of your life you would like to shift. The process involves gaining clarity on what’s most important, clearing blockages, and opening up to creative possibilities. The workshop weaves together meditation, group activities, reflection/journalling , and opportunities for sharing to create a fun and engaging learning experience that you can take home with you and apply in your life.
