We have 3 minds- the Negative Mind, the Positive Mind, and the Neutral Mind. Each of your thoughts pass through each of the minds. When one is stronger, the thought is influenced. Through Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, we will take a journey through the minds. After, you will have a deeper understanding of which mind is your strength and which your weakness, and tools to balance them. Class is appropriate for all levels and will include a gong relaxation.
