To someone who hasn’t stepped into a Kundalini practice, it’s a curious sight. We keep our eyes closed to dive into individual consciousness. We chant and meditate a good amount. The primary focus of this 2-hour workshop is to introduce basic postures, breathwork, mantras, and the yogic philosophy and technology at the root of the practice.
Questions and curiosities are highly encouraged. This is also an opportunity for current Kundalini practitioners to come back to the basics with fresh eyes and refer your loved ones who you think will benefit.
Be prepared to explore asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mudras (hand positions), mantra (chanting), and restorative relaxation (shavasana).
