This 3-class series  focuses on gentle Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Kriyas designed to  support the body and psyche to release tension/negative emotions and prepare for movement into the light and warmth of spring. Experience the amazing ability of how movement, breathing and chanting sacred sounds can transform your body and mind from a state of "commotion" into quiet harmony and balance.

Each week will focus on a movement series and a mantra to relax the mind and nurture the body:

Feb 19 - WEEK 1:  Kriya to Alleviate SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and Smiling Buddha Mantra Meditation

Feb 26 -WEEK 2: Kriya for Healthy Back, Neck & Shoulders  and Ra Ma Da Sa Healing Mantra Meditation

Mar 5 - WEEK 3: Anti-Anxiety Series Kriya and Anti Anxiety Mantra Meditation
