Full Moon Double Gong - 2 hour gong bath

  • Solomon's Porch 100 W. 46th St. Minneapolis, MN 55419 (map)

Michele Agia Akal and Nicole Nardone are joining forces to bring you a special two hour long, double gong experience for the sweet full moon in Pisces. Bring on the healing!

Pisces urges us deep into the realm of spirit, of merging with the divine, of the realm of the soul. You’re invited to allow the sounds of the gong to wash away what’s no longer serving you, what has been worn out, run down. This full moon offers you a chance to release. Deeply release.

We’ll begin with a short kundalini warm up to prepare the body, mind, and soul. During the healing gong bath, you have the option of remaining seated in a meditative posture or reclining into savasana as you completely relax into bliss.

IMPORTANT
This event is donation-based. $30 cash or Venmo suggested donation.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, water bottle as none are provided.

More about the gong:
The gong is a sacred and ancient instrument of deep healing, rejuvenation and transformation. It echoes the sound of the birth of the Universe, reminding your cells of their innate harmony, health, and radiance. On a basic level, the gong relaxes tension and blocks in the body, stimulating the glandular and nervous systems into higher, more balanced functioning. By increasing prana, your vital life force, it works deeply on the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

The vibration of the Gong creates deep relaxation, releasing us from the torrent of thoughts our mind releases, and it stimulates the glandular system to a higher level of functioning.

The Gong impacts the body and its meridians. It releases blocks, reduces tension, stimulates circulation, balance the chakras and strengthens the Aura. The Gong changes the feelings that are blocked by cutting the thoughts that sustain and recreate the feelings.

It is the only instrument the mind has no defense against. The sound waves bring the subconscious mind into a balanced and meditative state, an effortless meditation and relaxation facilitating the movement of prana throughout the body and psyche.
