Kundalini Yoga uses the 10 bodies to conceptualize our individual system. It reminds us that all of our parts are connected, and that in bringing balance to one, we assist in a balancing our wholeness. The 10 bodies include 1 physical body, 3 mental bodies, and 6 energy bodies. Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the West, taught his students about tantric numerology, which is a way to understand which of your 10 bodies are your strengths and weaknesses in this lifetime, based on your birth date. During this workshop, you will have an opportunity to assess your system through the lens of 10 bodies. Class will include asana and pranayama practice, meditation, and Gong healing relaxation.
